1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Resort Golf Getaway (the "Promotion") will run in consecutive 2-month periods. The rules for each contest will be the same and only the prize will change. The first sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, May 5, 2002 and ends at 11:59 E.T. on Friday, July 5, 2002. Each subsequent sweepstakes begins on the sixth day of the month at 12:00 PM E.T. and ends on the fifth day of the second month at 11:59 E.T. TeeBone Golf reserves the right to extend the contest at its descretion for up to 15 days.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open only to registered TeeBone users who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. (Upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age will void the entry.)

Employees and directors of TeeBone Golf, Inc. ("TeeBone"), and the TeeBone partner site at which you registered ("Partner Site"), their respective parents, subsidiaries, and any affiliates, contractors or advertising/promotional agencies who are directly or indirectly involved are not eligible to enter or win this Promotion; also, members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless TeeBone, all participating Partner Sites and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors and advertising/promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize.

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the TeeBone judges, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER. LIMIT 1 ENTRY.

Enter this Promotion online at any one of the TeeBone partner network sites or click here http://www.teebone.com/sweepstakes/index.cfm. Limit one entry per person per contest using his/her own unique e-mail address and two valid referral e-mail addresses of friends or family ("Referral").

To enter, complete the online form with your name, age, street address, phone number and unique e-mail address and any other questions asked at that time.

After entering the correct information in all required fields of your initial (unique) entry, you can click on the "Submit" button and you will immediately be entered into the TeeBone database for a random drawing to win the Prize. Subsequent entries from the same person using the same e-mail address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with the same e-mail account or with invalid referral e-mail addresses will result in disqualification at the discretion of TeeBone upon verification of prizewinners. Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the unique e-mail address submitted at time of entry.

The Promotion is an electronic random drawing, sponsored by TeeBone Golf, Inc.

4. PRIZE

(1) Winner and one (1) guest selected by the Winner and qualified by the Sponsor (the "Guests") will enjoy a golf resort vacation trip with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $$600 to $1,500. Prize does not include spending money, any meals other than those specified, gratuities, service charges, taxes, or any other expenses or items not specifically described as part of the Prize on the official prize page, as follows: http://www.teebone.com/sweepstakes/index.cfm.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except that sponsor's partner supplier may choose to substitute the cash value of the prize, at its sole discretion. Any air or vehicle transportation offered as part of the prize must be used by the winner in conjunction with the resort stay prize or package. If the winner is not able to use any transportation offered as part of the prize, then the winner forfeits his or her right to use the air transportation, except that the transportation supplier may choose to offer a voucher for use at a later time, at its sole discretion. The prize is valid for one year from the time the winner is confirmed, or as stated on the official prize page listed above. Blackout dates may apply.

5. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the 15th day of the month following the closing of any sweepstakes, by TeeBone. One prize will be awarded to one person for this Promotion, upon winner verification and final approval. The selected winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone or mail.

Selected winner will have five (5) business days to respond to the notification or may be disqualified at the discretion of the sponsor. Upon receipt of response, TeeBone will, at its discretion, send an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms.

Selected winner will have ten (10) days from the date TeeBone sends the documents to claim the prize by completing, signing and returning the prize Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms or an alternate will be selected. If selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to timely return the completed and executed Affidavits and Releases as required, an alternate will be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries until the prize is awarded.

Prize Winner must provide TeeBone with the names, e-mail addresses (if available), street addresses, and telephone numbers of people he/she has selected for the trip in writing within 30 days of Prize notification. TeeBone will send each potential Guest an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release form. Each designated Guest must properly complete and return such forms by the deadline set (which will not be less than ten days from dispatch) to qualify for the trip, or be subject to replacement.

Should TeeBone not have received from Winner the information for eight (2) travelers (including Winner) who have qualified for the trip within 30 days of Prize notification, Winner shall forfeit that portion of the prize and the trip will proceed with only the Winner and Guests who have qualified. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for TeeBone, and participating Partner Sites to use Winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with TeeBone's privacy policy. All decisions of TeeBone shall be binding and final.

7. MISCELLANEOUS:

In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of TeeBone which, in the sole opinion of TeeBone corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, TeeBone reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the prize to a winner randomly selected from among entries received prior to the compromise.

TeeBone and Partner Sites are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, nor other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by the TeeBone, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, TeeBone reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in the Promotion.

TeeBone is not responsible for any problem with a Promotion entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. TeeBone's sole responsibility for any irregular Promotion entry is replacement with another entry.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries will not be acknowledged.

8. TAX INFORMATION:

All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION:

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Florida exclusively, and be subject to the laws of the State of Florida. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Florida and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Florida. This promotion is conducted in English.
