Itinerary/Voucher : Upon confirmation of your tee times, TeeBone will either email you a link back to our web site or if you are online, direct you right to the Print Itinerary page. It is your responsibility to inspect your itinerary/voucher to be sure that it is accurate and that you agree to the charges and policies. You might be required to present or surrender the Itinerary/Voucher to the golf course prior to play, so you might want to print additional copies. Your Itinerary will indicate any Balance Due to the golf course and provide a record of any prepaid amounts to TeeBone. It will also have the driving directions and exact starting times and other information.

Changes: You may make changes to your Itinerary without and fee from TeeBone. If changes do include a cancellation, you are subject to the rules in the next section.

Cancellations and No-shows : By using this service, you understand that you are creating a responsibility for TeeBone Golf, Inc. to pay the golf course in the event you or members of your party do not show and do not cancel. If you or any member or members of your party fail to show up and pay any Balance Due on the round(s) reserved on your behalf by TeeBone, and you do not cancel the tee times reserved at your request outside of 24 hours, or other time stated on your itinerary, and the golf course(s) is open for play when your party is scheduled to golf, then you agree to pay any Balance Due on all rounds missed and authorize TeeBone Golf, Inc. to charge the credit card of the person who made the reservations according to the number of golfers missed times the Balance Due price stated. If the rounds missed were prepaid entirely to TeeBone, and you fail to show up and play or cancel, then there will be no refund for any amounts prepaid to TeeBone. NOTICE: TeeBone also offers reduced priced tee times through our Instant Times service. There are cancellation notes and restrictions stated specifically by the golf course for these tee ties. Many of these tee times are non-cancelable. Be sure to read the special instructions carefully and if you need assistance canceling a tee time that is marked as non-cancelable, just contact us and we will see what can be done.

If you are going to miss a reserved tee time(s), and do not want to be charged for the rounds, it is necessary to contact the course directly or TeeBone Golf, Inc. up to 24 hours prior to your reserved starting time, or the time stated on your itinerary. You can call TeeBone directly. Be sure to have your itinerary number handy. If you cancel with the course, then we suggest you get a cancellation number as proof or at least the name of the person you spoke to and then call or email us with that information. The telephone numbers for the courses are listed on your Itinerary or can be found in a telephone directory. Our telephone numbers are listed on your itinerary and on our web site.

NOTE: Most courses are eager to accommodate golfers. Just be sure to change or cancel as far out in advance as possible. As our client, TeeBone will always work on your behalf to have any fees waived or reduced.

Refunds : If you do cancel outside the stated timeframe, or the course is closed due to rain, TeeBone Golf, Inc. will refund your prepaid to TeeBone Golf, Inc. If you cancel within the cancellation period refunds are provided based upon the decision of the golf course.

Rain Policy: If you tee off you are subject to the course's rain policy. If it is raining or it looks like it's going to rain and the course is open, and you do not want to play, then it is up to the course to grant the cancellation. Contact us immediately if this is the case. If the course is closed or a cancellation is granted call or email us and we will refund any amount prepaid to TeeBone.

Golf Attire : Proper resort golf attire will be required at all times such as collared shirts, golf shoes with socks, and if permitted, shorts a minimum of 16" in length. Things to stay away from are denim, T-shirts, boots, sleeveless shirts for men and sport shorts. Be sure to check the course spike policy. Most courses are now spikeless facilities.

City Golf Pass : The TeeBone City Golf Pass (Pass) can only be purchased through a registered affiliate of TeeBone Golf and the fee paid for the Pass is subject to the return policy of that affiliate. Rounds booked with a valid Pass are eligible for lower rates and additional benefits, which are not available to non-Pass holders. The Pass is valid for a maximum number of players and for a determined set of dates, such as a 1-2 player, 10 Day Pass or an Up to 4 Player, 30 Day Pass. If you wish to use your pass and have more players than the Pass is valid for, then the additional players need to be booked at our Internet rate or the Pass holder can pay for the Pass upgrade. You may change the valid dates of your Pass so long as you have not used the Pass. Pass holders are not subject to change and cancellation fees charged by TeeBone. PASS HOLDERS ARE HOWEVER STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE ROUND OF GOLF IF THEY HAVE NOT CANCELLED SOME OR ALL OF THE CONFIRMED PLAYERS OUTSIDE THE CANCELLATION PERIOD STATED.

Responsibility : TeeBone Golf, Inc. and its employees, partners and investors (TeeBone Golf, Inc.) function as an intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services which are not directly supplied by this company such as accommodations, transportation, golfing arrangements, etc. We act on behalf of the customer and shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or breaches of contract or omissions or careless actions on the part of any supplier that may result in any damage, loss, injury, delay or irregularity sustained by our customers. Customer should note that the suppliers providing tee times for TeeBone Golf, Inc. are independent contractors, not agents or employees of TeeBone Golf, Inc. Furthermore TeeBone Golf, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control. These tee times are arranged in advance and circumstances beyond TeeBone Golf, Inc.'s control may require changes. TeeBone Golf, Inc. reserves the right to alter the prices and package features without notice and shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or expenses occasioned by such changes. If any pricing is changed after a tee time is confirmed, you, the customer, has the option to cancel the tee time without penalty. By embarking on his/her travel and or golf outing the customer voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate available insurance coverage against same. All rate information contained in this web site is subject to change at any time.
