Comments: A slicer friendly course. Essentially no water hazards and the sand bunkers (while enormous) were easy to play out of. Multi-tier greens were challenging. On the downside, this course allowed large groups to play and did not marshal them well thus as a two-some we spent a lot of time waiting. Delay's aside the course was fun and enjoyable.

Comments: My wife is a relatively new golfer and she gets very apprehensive when we explore new courses. The friendliness of the staff put her mind at (relative) ease right away. I have to be careful when selecting courses for the two of us. I want some level of challenge without overwheming her. Highlands Reserved fit the bill very well. So many times there is very little room between the fairways and the homes on these courses. The course is roomy enough, so you were close to people's patios on only a few occassions. The course was very well maintained. My wife gave the course her seal of approval by buying a visor in the pro shop when we were done.

Comments: An interesting layout. Rolling fairways and open. Greens were a bit long and quite grainy. Course needs some polishing from a maintanence standpoint. Well worth the rate. We will play again.

Comments: The greens were very grainy and hard
to read. One green on the back 9 was unfair
with a huge dip in the middle that you can
not see playing up to it. I guess you would
have to play it several times to get the feel for it. Over all as a first time player it was enjoyable just unfamilar.

Comments: As everyone says, the fairways are extremely generous, but with a number of raised greens and a fantastic experience when seeing the 16th hole green, this course was a real pleasure to play and great fun. Highly recommended for a good day out.

Comments: The greens were in pretty good shape. The course is too wide open and really the only challenge is the greens. If you like to be able to spray the ball tee to green, then play some of the most difficult greens around, then this is the course for you. If you are wanting a shot-makers course go elsewhere.
